Prestigious Leaders Come Together To Drive The Baby & Children’s Products Industry Forward
MT. LAUREL, NJ – May 25, 2021 – The Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) is pleased to announce its newly elected Board of Directors. The new board members will bring fresh expertise and a high level of commitment to the baby and children's products industry.
Responsibilities of board members include supporting JPMA’s mission and purpose; ensuring effective strategic planning; monitoring and strengthening JPMA's programs and services; financial oversight of the Association; and enhancing JPMA’s public standing.
“The baby and children's products industry has been evolving dramatically, even before the onset of the COVID pandemic, and JPMA has a firm plan in place to ensure member needs will be met far into the future. The board's role is to set our strategic direction and our new board is well-positioned to drive the industry forward in the name of baby safety,” said Kelly Mariotti, JPMA Executive Director.
The newly-elected board members are as follows:
Executive Committee Members/Officers – each of these individuals will serve a one-year term:
Chair – Jennifer Mitchell, Nightfood
Vice-Chair – Sean Beckstrom, Graco Children’s Products/Newell Brands
Treasurer – Rob Gardner, Joovy
In addition, Brad Mattarocci will remain on the Executive Committee as the Immediate Past Chairman.
Directors – each of these individuals will serve a three-year term:
Anna Early, Britax Child Safety
Mark Zehfuss, Larktale
Walter Lehneis, Aden & Anais/Halo
The new board members were recommended by the Nominating Committee and voted on by membership during the Annual Member Meeting held during The Virtual JPMA Summit on May 25, 2021. They join [list other existing board members and companies] to comprise the full 2021 JPMA board of directors.
