Brandon regularly counsels consumer product manufacturers on compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) and advises on recall strategies and risk management aligned with Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines. Passionate about mentoring, he has coached students to national and state championships in moot court and mock trial competitions.

Bardia Sergent, a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office, is a product liability litigator that focuses his practice on defending high-profile cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries. He regularly counsels consumer product manufacturers on regulatory compliance, risk management, and recall handling strategies based on frameworks set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
