Accessibility Compliance for Your Website, App and Digital Media – Avoid Lawsuits, Get More Visitors and Improve User Experience The Juvenile Products Manufacturers’ community has seen a sharp rise in website accessibility lawsuits and demand letters. Several courts have ruled that The Americans with Disabilities Act and state laws require websites, apps and other digital media to be accessible to people with disabilities. Legal requirements and lawsuits aside, business owners who make their websites accessible to people with disabilities will reach a wider audience, increase search presence, and offer a better overall user experience.
