September is Baby Safety Month, sponsored annually by the Baby Safety Alliance. This year, the Baby Safety Alliance is helping educate parents and caregivers on the safe selection and use of baby products, while encouraging those around us to become safety ambassadors. Together, we can promote the safety of baby and children’s products—because every baby deserves the safest possible start!

Baby Safety Month is a great consumer education and awareness campaign to get behind and gain traction among your parent community with little effort. Baby Safety Month is the largest and longest-running consumer campaign in the industry and provides vital parent connections through various outlets the entire month, plus nationwide media coverage.

Show your commitment to baby and children’s safety and Share The Knowledge this Baby Safety Month:

• Distribute the template release to your media contacts
• Provide your parent audience with the various Baby Safety Month tips, resources and information
• Link your website to the Baby Safety Month website, babysafetymonth.org
• Develop and distribute social media messages linking to the Baby Safety Month home page
• Social media sharing throughout September/Baby Safety Month
• Take the Baby Safety Pledge through our ambassador program and proudly display your badge on social channels
