Manufacturers of children’s products must report the presence and use of chemicals of concern, per requirements of certain State laws in the United States. Washington State became the first state to require reporting chemicals of concern in children’s products in 2009. Since then, Maine, Vermont, and Oregon have implemented similar reporting requirements, with New York State looking to implement them soon. This webinar will cover the following topics:
