Join JPMA Associate Member Intertek on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 12pm EDT as they talk about how reporting rules are intended to safeguard public health. Manufacturers of children’s products must report the presence and use of chemicals of concern, per requirements of certain State laws in the United States. Washington State became the first state to require reporting chemicals of concern in children’s products in 2009. Since then, Maine, Vermont, and Oregon have implemented similar reporting requirements, with New York State looking to implement them soon. This webinar will cover the following topics:

- Overview and summary of various US state chemical reporting laws
- Oregon’s Toxic-Free Kids Act - Phase 3 requirements
- New York reporting law
- Compliance strategies
